Any kind of pain is a signal for change. Most of the time we suppress it, runaway from it, try to numb it, or ignore it till we just can’t anymore. But our pain is there to tell us to wake up, make a change, grow in a different way, learn to love our lives.
A few years ago I worked with someone who was in alot of pain and discomfort in his life physically and emotionally. He had a successful business for 32 years and what seemed to be a great family life. But inside he was crying deeply. To everyone else he seemed to have it together but he felt deeply disconnected and lost. He needed to find purpose again in his life to get that sense of purpose and vitality back.
After learning more from him about what he really wanted to feel and do it became clear to me how we needed to resolve his pain and move towards a life filled with vitality and joy. After a few months of working together he was feeling more alive then he ever had in the 62 years of his life, he was joyful and he even resigned as CEO of his company to begin working on a project to help struggling young entrepreneurs. He began living his passion and the pain was gone.
I have worked with many others in similar situations over the years and it is a great pleasure to see people feel reconnected and revitalised after years of unhappiness and/or pain.
I am taking applications for my new program to help others in this same way. (Only 3 more spots available for the next start date) I work with Individuals on a 1:1 basis for more personalised and focused results.

The most important thing to remember is that everyone needs a reason to live and if you don’t have one, then this is why people often commit suicide. Just as we need air, water, and food for survival we also need purpose. Without it, we fade away and become too disconnected from our vitality which can lead to pain and even death. However, pain doesn’t go away by simply not paying attention to it you must replace the negative feeling with a positive.
In other words, you have to find a new reason to live so to speak.
People often feel pain in their lives and it can be a drain on our energy and vitality if we don’t address it properly. What do your emotions and physical signals mean when you feel them? When we feel pain in our life there is a reason for it. What do these signals tell us about ourselves and what can be done to make the negative feeling go away?
Pain makes you feel like yourself.
In other words, when you are in pain then this is your body telling you that something needs to be addressed that very second. This isn’t something that can be put off until later, this is your wellbeing, your happiness. You must divert some if not all your attention to the problems you feeling at hand mental or physical.
Address the reason for pain and how it makes you feel. What needs to be changed in order to make this go away? Whether it is a relationship that needs to end or an addiction that has gone too far, action must be taken quickly to stop the feeling of pain from seeping into your everyday life.
Put your energy to good use
Concentration is key! The more you think about the problem(s) the worse it will get, but if you direct that energy into something productive then you can improve your well-being and mood. There are plenty of ways to deal with stress like taking deep breaths or doing meditation so be sure to take some time from your day to put some energy and attention into your mind and body.
Self-Assurance is important to feeling better. If you feel like your problems are caused by something that cannot be fixed, then the problem will never go away. But if you think through your situation and can pinpoint what exactly needs to change about it, then you can begin making changes that lead to a positive result! Life is all about how you make it and if you spend every waking moment worrying, you are never going to feel better.
Positivity is very important! If nothing else try smiling more or just being happier in general. People that are happy with their lives tend to have less stress and anxiety than people that always worry about the future. Stress makes you sick so it does not help for you to continue worrying about things that won’t even impact the future in a meaningful way.
All of the answers to your questions are inside of you!
Your body is trying to tell you something deep down, but if you ignore its signals, then it will continue to give them to you in abundance until you take action! This could be as simple as drinking more water or eating healthier food. Remember that everything happens for a reason.
