Believe it or not, not everyone is the same.
I mean sure we feel and think similarly; our bodies function similarly and we generally want the same things in regards to the basic needs. But when it comes to how we express that, thats where the unique sparkles of light get to shine through and make a positive difference that you are here to make.
Each one of us is unique in our own right. For example not everyone needs to eat the same foods to be healthy; do the same exercises to be fit; speak the same language or learn the same way and the list goes on and on.
When you start realizing this…it takes the pressure off of you.
Sure there are certain processes and procedures in how to do certain things or certain vitamins that the body needs or certain rules and regulations that we need to abide by to live in our society.
But…to develop the strong sense of who you are from deep within and reveal that out into the world is a true gift.
For many years I struggled with trying to fit into the confines of what was expected from me from cultural boundaries, family and peer constraints and many more limiting beliefs of others. But what I discovered as I began to breakthrough these beliefs was that just because you don’t do things the same way as others doesn’t make you less than or better than….it’s just You being the true You that you came here to be and share with the others.
Now this was the tough part….Realizing and admitting that those limiting beliefs that I thought were other people’s were actually my own beliefs being mirrored back to me in order for me to gain true awareness and discovery of who I truly am. This was not easy to admit this at first and it remains a constant work in progress, just like for all us.
But I found it to be true for many of us. Also I found as I slowly started learning to break free from the imposed ‘box’ that I used as an excuse of why I couldn’t just be myself or feel free in my expression..is a new found energy and vitality; true joy and love for what I do and the desire to help others with and a greater sense of self respect and awareness.
It’s ok for you to go on your own path, in fact it’s necessary for you to find your bliss in life. And there will be people that support you, others that will ignore you and try to stop you and there will be some that just don’t understand you. But remember everyone has their own way, their own path and it’s more than okay.
Are you walking your own path or someone else’s?
How do you know if you are on your own path or not?
Do you find yourself feeling tense, overworked, uninspired, low energy, difficult to motivate others, trouble sleeping almost all the time?
Then its time to make a change and love and respect yourself enough to get yourself on your own unique path. This benefits your health, your relationships, your work and everything in your life.
What is the meaning of the right path?
The path you walk in life is the one that is right for you. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks, says, or does. If it’s not right for you then no matter how much you try to make it work, there will always be something wrong. Why? Because this path belongs to you and only you, not your neighbor or anybody else. You only have one life to live, why would you live it any other way than the right way for you? Why settle for less when you deserve more? Why follow someone else’s path to success, when your own is waiting just for you?
Stop following other people’s plans and dreams in life because you feel comfortable for the moment. Growth or comfort in life you can only choose one. Breakaway from what you believe is the norm and live your life to the fullest the way you really want to. Your path will lead you to where you were destined to go and it will be filled with purpose. It might not be easy, but the satisfaction of reaching the place that is right for you in life is beyond description.
Throw away your fears and doubts and follow your path today! Why would you choose a different way than the one that makes sense to you?
How do I start a new path in life?
To begin with, it is important to recognize that what they were doing was not the proper course of action. What was driving them before might not be driving them anymore. Why do we get so caught up by the opinions of others? Why can’t we just live our lives the way we want to and stop worrying about what people think of us? There will always be people that disagree with anything you choose to do in life whether they give their opinions in a constructive or destructive way. Why does it matter? Peoples opinions on your lifestyle should have no influence on your mind. Perhaps you should follow your own path in life because it will lead you where you want to go.
Here are some reasons on why you should follow your own path:
- Less fear of failure. While nothing in life is risk-free, some paths have clearer roadmaps than others.
- More tolerance of differences.
- Unexpected community.
- Freedom to be who you really are.
- Inspiration for others.
People are often afraid of being the Black sheep and tend to go the other direction to fit in with the status quo. When in reality breaking free for a moment to be who you feel you are is pure happiness. You wouldn’t deny yourself happiness would you? Life is happening right now at this moment the choice is yours to make how you spend your time.
