Do you feel like you are living in your authentic alignment?

What is authentic alignment?
Being your genuine self means you’re in tune with reality. It puts you into vibrational oneness with the Universe, allowing you to receive more direction. You feel as though you’re being supported, and therefore you become a draw for what you want.
Authentic alignment essentially means you are aligned with your true self, and not the self that others have created for you.
The mission of authentic alignment
A life where you feel like you’re on a mission, have purpose and wake up excited about what the day brings? Or are you feeling lethargic and uninspired? Or perhaps you feel like you’re on autopilot going through the motions in your life instead of actively participating.
Maybe you’re asking yourself how you can change this or turn it around.
If you are in the second camp, you’re not alone. That’s why I created the Your Authentic Alignment course and virtual coaching program.
Many of my private clients find themselves at a place where you have lost the essence of who they are, neglecting their health and well-being. In working with many clients over the years, I’ve realized that there are a few core concepts I return to again and again that are highly effective.
My Personal Path – The Meaning of Alignment in My Life
Many years ago, I personally went through a completely transformative time in my life. That’s what really led me to where I am now and helping thousands of people in the way that I do. I was facing major personal losses of loved ones and it seemed like everything was falling apart in my life, even though I had external success. Everything that I built around that and everything else was crumbling down around me. I was crashing on the inside and finding myself at rock bottom, even though people couldn’t tell it. I was really trying so hard as using so much of my energy to keep things together.
In that timeframe, I was in fight or flight survival mode and tended to steer away from practices that helped me stay in balance that I had learned from childhood. I ditched all the philosophies and the ways of thinking that served a bigger purpose because I was overwhelmed and devastated by my life falling apart. I quit listening to my own intuition and was spiraling into an unhealthy and unhappy state of being.
Finally, after many tears and months of wallowing in my sadness and frustration, I realized I had a choice. Either I was going to give up completely and just go down this black hole, basically, or climb back up one step at a time.
That got me asking the questions;
“Why am I giving away my power?”
“Why am I playing the victim role?”
A warm, fuzzy feeling came over me and I knew in that moment that was going to choose to climb forward. It was through different methodologies and practices that I came out of it, step-by-step. It’s in those steps that I found that the answers were within myself the entire time. I began connecting with my true self again, finding my purpose, my joy, my health, and connecting with my authentic alignment in every facet of my life.
As I was going through my own transformation, I started sharing some of these methods with my private clients at the time. I watched their lives make massive shifts and then it struck me that I had access to a deeper sense of purpose and my own mission.
These events were the catalyst that propelled me to transform not only my own life but with clients across the globe.
Over the years, I’ve refined and tested the different practices into what I call The Prasad Method™ which is created out of integrating Eastern and Western philosophies, methodologies, and techniques.
While Prasad is my last name, it also has greater meaning. The root of the name Prasad from ancient Sanskrit means an enlightening with ease and clarity and also means that which is redistributed or shared.
When you go to temples in India, you offer fruit, flowers, anything, and you offer it to the priests, and it is blessed, and then it is redistributed. I wanted to incorporate that because I see my work as an offering to the divine that is blessed, redistributed, and shared with others.
When we work on ourselves, we are working on our relationships and spreading love, joy, and happiness out into the world.
Your authentic alignment is about meeting you exactly where you are right now.
The ‘Your Authentic Alignment’ course is about taking stock of your personal situation and imaging what your life could be like, what you want your life to feel like, and what’ Your Authentic Alignment’ means to you. We explore what the meaning of life is for you; what you have given meaning to up to this point, assessing your health, your wellbeing, and your mind-body connection. We look for the balance in your life and where you’re off kilter and how we can bring that into a more holistic approach of improving your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
And that is only the beginning of your journey – true alignment comes with time.
Depending on where you are, you may be feeling uninspired and maybe even feel like you’ve missed the boat. That is where we meet you first and help you, step-by-step, to assimilate the foundational building blocks so you can start living with awareness and intention. That’s where you’ll find your purpose and begin tapping into your holistic potential.
Can you imagine a world where you can fully appreciate who you are and can express yourself freely all the time?
What would your life be like if you were motivated to bring more meaning and purpose to your life, to your relationships, to your life’s work, and to your play?
When you are in true alignment with your core values and beliefs, you live your life with purpose on all levels.
Being in authentic alignment means that you jump out of the bed in the morning excited and ready to go. You have a career that enlivens your passion. You have meaningful connections with the people in your life. You have interesting and fulfilling hobbies. You are excited about what the world has in store for you. Can you imagine living life in this way instead of through the dull lens of boredom and defeat?
Take some time to visualize exactly what your authentic alignment looks like.
Maybe you haven’t had passion and purpose in your life in so long that the vision feels distant for you. If that is the case, then just envision the first step. And then going forward from there.
That’s why I developed this program. I’m on a mission to help people remember their true purpose and reignite the passion and curiosity they’ve lost along the way. These are the same methodologies that helped me get my own life back on track as well as countless other clients and patients over the years.
Before moving forward, it’s important to take account of where you are now.
Like any journey, you have to know where you are before you can move towards your destination. I’ve created the Authentic Alignment Assessment to help you establish your starting point. The assessment is your own fillable PDF workbook where you can identify exactly what areas of your life are impacting your overall wellbeing so you have complete clarity on where you’re falling short of living the life you are meant to live.
What does it mean to be your authentic self?
It is who you are as a person, regardless of your job or the influence of others, and it’s an honest picture of you. To be genuine implies that you don’t care what others think about you. … Being genuine to oneself entails being true to your beliefs, utterances, and activities.
What does it mean to be alignment?
The definition of alignment is to be in line with something. This happens when we are in line with what we truly want, or who we truly are. Working towards this goal can help you reach alignment.
Here are the 4 steps you need to follow to reach authentic alignment:
Step 1: Witness the moments when you’re out of alignment with your truth and focus on understanding them and changing them
Step 2: Identify the patterns of when you’re out of alignment – learn to spot your patterns and change them before they develop into deceit
Step 3: Get more honest and authentic in everything, personal and business
Step 4: Notice what it feels like to be in alignment with your truth and start to work towards having this feeling always
