- A goal without a plan is just a dream. You need to make a plan for how you are going to get your goal done.
- To stay motivated, think about the bigger picture. Think about how this will impact other people and where it will make a difference. Think of these things when you have to do something hard and you might be able to get it done.
- You can control how you think, feel, and act. If you think positive thoughts, then you will do positive things. You can tell yourself that yes I am going to be successful.
- It can be hard to get started with a task. Try to do a different way, like drawing or coloring it. That might help you and make you feel better.
- Break your goal into smaller tasks that you can do. This will help you succeed.
- It is best to have an uncluttered workspace, because it will make your mind more calm and organized. This will give you a better chance of being more efficient and productive.

What is motivation scientifically?
Motivation is a psychological force that enables action and has long been the object of scientific inquiry (Carver & Scheier, 1998). The study of motivation is a behavioral science that concerns those internal processes that give behavior its energy, direction, and persistence.
