To intentionally choose happiness and contentment in each moment? Many people spend their entire lives feeling as though the things that happen to them just happen. But this isn’t true at all.
Everything we do, we do intentionally, even if we don’t realize it consciously.

Sometimes we get pulled by the energy when we are not really setting our priorities. We are not conscious about how we are spending our time.
We just suddenly find ourselves thinking that time is going really fast and realized that we didn’t really do or achieved anything from that. We feel like we are not being productive the way we want to.
What motivates you in your life?
Upon asking this question to yourself, all of a sudden, all the things you want to do and accomplish will start to change when you figure out what is significant to you.
What exactly do you want to do with your time?
Time goes by so quickly.
So ask yourself, what exactly do you want to do in your life? What is the most important thing to you? Is it your family? Career? Or both?
Do you give importance to your health? If you are working 10-16 hours a day for seven days a week, you might want to think twice. If your health is important to you but it’s not in alignment with your actions, then you are just fooling yourself.
You need to make sure that what’s important to you is in alignment with your actions.
Start to live purposefully by getting into a habit of genuinely and regularly checking in with yourself before you make decisions.
Whatever you aim in life, it must be consistent with your actions and beliefs.
Otherwise, you’re not going to be able to achieve the things that you wish to achieve. You might end up lacking joy in your life and relationships.
Start your day with true intentions and take control of your life.
