What is the difference between a coach and a consultant?
A consultant helps with strategy and a detailed plan to implement in your life and business. The focus here is more about productivity and getting specific measurable results. A consultant plays an advisory role. A coach is someone who enhances your strengths and helps you develop them to bring about your best version of yourself in all situations. A coach will work with you on mindset, beliefs and dig deeper into what is holding you back and move forward in action and accountability. A coach is a collaborator and partner.
Why should I hire a coach?
A coach helps you get out of your own way and helps you bring forth the ‘best’ in yourself in all areas of your life and business. They can help you get an objective viewpoint on what might be blind spots to yourself. Coaches can help you feel more joyful, accountable and purposeful in your life and business.
Why should I hire you as my coach?
Throughout my personal life and professional career, I have successfully overcome many of life’s hurdles and supported others in doing the same. From the passing of loved ones, unfulfilling work environments, and health issues to the increased stress and unhappiness due to these experiences, I have supported clients for over 2 decades in achieving happiness, fulfillment and true alignment with their inner selves. Not only am I extremely passionate about this, which I consider my life’s work, but I have a lifetime of both professional and personal experience working with a wide range of people from all walks of life and situations. My approach to coaching is unique as I blend science and holistic healing to promote my clients’ health mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Am I ready for coaching?
Great question to ask yourself. Answer the following questions honestly:
- Do you ask yourself ‘is this all there is in life’?
- Are you ready and willing to explore where you may be standing in your own way?
- Do you have certain goals in mind that you would like to accelerate the progress on and manifest right now?
- Are you willing to speak truthfully within a safe environment and be truly honest about what is holding you back?
- Are you ready to commit the time to self-development and your growth so that you can master your true potential?
If you’ve answered yes to all of these questions, then you are ready for coaching. If you have not answered yes to all of these questions or are still unsure about your readiness, I’d love to schedule an alignment call to help provide clarity in whether you are ready.
